Nepal

I came from Gorakhpur by bus to Sunauli, a bordertown at the border of Nepal. It was just a tour of 5 hours. As I'm arrived in Sunauli, I got a immigration-stamp in my passport from the indian foreigners office and I walked strait over the border from India to Nepal. No checking points for luggage or passports. Strange. After I crossed the border to Nepal, there was a foreigners office where I went to got my Visa. I filled some documents, paid some money and I got a sticker in my passport.

I found easily a bus to Kathmandu, because I chose it as my first destination.

10 hours bus ride with fabulous streets. Thanks Nepal for your good transport network!
